This is the Latest Hornby Class 121 Chassis we will Fit a Loksound V4 Sound Decoder with our Latest Class 121 recording of Diesel Multiple Unit Sounds.
The V4 Sound gives you 32MB worth of recording space around 4 mins. To Drive this Unit depending on size of your layout we have designed this project to be best driven as below.
Give the Train FULL POWER this sets of the Unit off with a very Laboured start away in 1st Gear, at around 15mph the Tachometer would tell the Driver to Change Up Gear. We then have at this speed the Driver shutting off Power with a double Clunk you then hear the EP Valve that selects 2nd gear. The Driver then opens the Throttle wide open once more, the same sequence takes place around 27mph & 43mph 3rd & 4th gear. The sequence from Start off to 4th Gear  takes around 20ft. You can Drive the Unit differently on a smaller layout and this will not stop the gear change taking place. By easing of the Power to the Unit the Engine Revs will revert back to idle, once again if you increase the Power the Unit will go into the setting above.
We can add Bi-Colour Lights to give you Directional Working White Lights & Functionable Tail Lights using F5&6.
